Your chef is owner Carol Calotta whose culinary expertise has flourished since her youth in Georgia learning all that a Southern kitchen has to offer. Carol further developed her skills in her world travels, most recently in Sicily.

An avid gardener, Carol cultivates fresh vegetables and herbs for her recipes and our local fresh and organic produce fill out the rest. All this knowledge and love of food she brings to her cooking – for your pleasure.


We pride ourselves in offering you the seasons best most health giving ingredients, whether it’s the areas daily harvest, fresh brewed rich coffee or fragrant tea after a scrumptious meal. We offer a dining experience to be savored. A list of specially selected fine wines compliments the fine fare.

Dinner reservations are required. We are also pleased to assist you with reservations at one of the areas many fine restaurants for which we maintain menus. Please call ahead to make dinner reservations.
