What is the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated in the barn?
The barn can accommodate 150

What is the length of the event and how late can the band or D.J. play?
The event will typically last 6 hours (we can accommodate longer upon request) and must end by 11 pm. The band or DJ should end promptly by 10:45pm.

Who provides transportation for the guests not staying at the Inn?
Transportation to and from the ceremony and reception can be arranged with either Vermont Backroad Tours (802) 446-3131 or The Good Bus (802)-672-1859.

Where do guests that are driving park?
The meadow alongside the Inn parking accommodates cars for the driving guests.

May we use a caterer that is not on your supplier list?
You may use other caterers that have proper licenses and insurance.

Will the caterer provide the bar service?
The caterers that are on our supplier list can provide your bar service.

What happens in case of power failure.
The venue is equipped with a back up generator.

Are candles with an open flame permitted?
Yes. Open flame candles should be inside a glass cylinder.

Does Crisanver House host more than one wedding per weekend?
Crisanver hosts one wedding a weekend and there are no other guests at the Inn.

Is the Wedding Barn air-conditioned?
The wedding barn has ceiling fans and a good cross ventilation.

Is there a dance floor inside the barn?
There is a permanent dance area, which varies on size depending on the number of tables.
