Guests delight in our exceptional three course country breakfasts, made to order daily and served in our sunlit conservatory, or al fresco on the sundeck in the warmer months.

Start your day with rich, freshly ground and brewed organic coffee, expertly prepared fresh fruit dishes, selection of juices, and delicious hot entrees that change daily. We do our best to cater to all dietary restrictions, so please give us advance notice and we will accommodate you.

Breakfast is served daily from 8-9:30am, however we can be flexible to your needs with advance request.

Dining at our Green Mountains inn is an experience not to be missed. A constantly changing 4 course menu is lovingly prepared and beautifully plated consisting of innovative starters, mouth watering entrees, vibrant salads, and indulgent desserts. Candlelight, fine china and linens and a list of specially selected fine wines complement the delicious fare.

The Chef

Your chef is owner Carol Calotta whose culinary expertise has flourished since her youth in Georgia learning all that a Southern kitchen has to offer. Carol further developed her skills while studying in her world travels, most notably on numerous trips to Sicily.

An avid gardener, Carol cultivates fresh vegetables and herbs for her recipes from the inn garden and utilizes as many fresh and locally Vermont made organic products as possible. All this knowledge and love of food she brings to her cooking – for your pleasure.
